Coming in 2020 to Six Flags Magic Mountain

Blast Backwards this Spring

It’s official. Coming in 2020, Six Flags Magic Mountain will introduce an exciting season-long line-up of thrills. In spring, BATMAN The Ride and Colossus will run backwards, and in summer, the children’s area will expand with a family-friendly coaster and a new show.

For a limited time next season, Six Flags Magic Mountain will intensify your ride experience and twist your view on BATMAN The Ride. The thrill ride will run backwards, giving you a whole new experience as you face the other direction. As you fly in reverse along the 2,700-foot track, with your feet dangling below, your ride is unpredictable, because you won’t be able to see the hairpin turns, vertical loops, and heartline spins coming up next.

No matter how many times you’ve been on the classic Colossus before, you’re going to be completely surprised during the reverse experience that is usually reserved for Fright Fest. As you elevate up the 100-foot-tall lift hill, you’ll be staring right back down at the ground you just traveled, and unpredictably plunge down the drop. You’ll race up and down 14 hills and a triple jump before you can even prepare to scream.

Full Throttle: The World’s Tallest and Fastest Looping Coaster

In 2020 Six Flags Magic Mountain is going Full Throttle with another world-record: the tallest, fastest looping roller coaster in the world! Unlike traditional coasters, this unique, one-of-a-kind triple launch coaster will take the coaster experience to the next generation with a never-been-done-before launch up and over a “Top Hat” that traces the outside of a world-record 160-foot loop — plus a zero to 70 miles-per-hour acceleration on two forward launches and one backward launch into and out of an underground tunnel.

Your record-breaking adventure will take place through the park’s distinctive mountainous terrain onboard sleek trains that suddenly accelerate from zero to 70 miles-per-hour in the first of three launches, sending you blasting through the first inversion, the inside of the world-record 160-foot tall loop. You’ll then enter into a high-banked curve to the right and then to the left as you approach the second gut-wrenching inversion — a Dive Loop that rapidly drops you into a dark underground tunnel. After a brief stop, you’ll suddenly be launched backwards up to the high point of the Dive Loop where you’ll be dropped and magnetically launched a third time, racing out of the tunnel and through a high G-turn to the left. You’ll then shoot up and over the outside of the World Record loop, where you’ll experience significant air time and a breath-taking view of the park as you drop back down to Earth, rapidly decelerating and taking the final 180-degree turn to the left, returning to the station where you can catch your breath.

DC Comics' Superhero GREEN LANTERN

This ride focuses the might of his Power Ring at Six Flags Magic Mountain with the launch of this exciting new thrill ride. Featuring a never-been-done-before completely VERTICAL zigzag pattern track, this new spinning coaster takes coaster riding to another galaxy.

Fearless riders brave the ride sitting in eight-person vehicles — four abreast and back-to-back,
each rotating independently. The two minute thrill begins with riders going up the 107-foot lift hill before spinning their way down through 828-feet of twisted vertical track, featuring 360-degree head-over-hill spins.

Coke my rewards Buy One Get One Free Six Flags Tickets

Coke discount time has begun for 2020!
Every summer, Six Flags Magic Mountain runs a buy-one-get-one-free ticket deal on specially printed cans of Coca Cola and other Coke products (like diet Coke and Sprite.) 2020 is no exception...and in May, 2020, the specially marked Coke cans began appearing on store shelves. Keep your eyes open for them! With the 2020 Magic Mountain Coke can discount, you can get buy-one-get-one-free admission to Six Flags Magic Mountain for you and a friend! (Or, you may use your Coke can discount offer to get admission to Hurricane Harbor for $19.99.) Grab your specially-marked cans of Coca Cola now and save them for later, if you like. The 2020 Coke can offer can be used through December 31st at Magic Mountain (or September 27th at Hurricane Harbor.) However, once the cans bearing the special offer have disappeared from store shelves, there won't be a new batch printed! To receive the discount, you must bring your can to the ticket windows at Magic Mountain; bring one can for every discount ticket you need to purchase. discount Coke cans will appear again!

Walmart and Vons sells buy one get one free cans in the Sprite 12 and 24 packs. I have yet to see any Six Flags Coupons on Coca Cola cans so far this year (only seen them on Sprite cans). It seems like there is still a lot of soccer cans left on Coca Cola.

If you find some of the 2010 Six Flags Coke or Sprite cans, save them! You'll get buy-one-get-one-free tickets to Six Flags Magic Mountain for you and a friend! But once the final batch of Coke cans are gone, no more will be printed. You need to hang onto them until you're ready to visit the theme park! The 2010 Coke can offer will be good through September 30 at Six Flags. To receive the discount, you must bring your can to the ticket windows at Magic Mountain. Bring one can for every set of BOGO discount tickets you need to purchase.

I have read that there is NO WAY to combine the Coca Cola promotion with tickets purchased online. The only way to take advantage of the Coca Cola promotion is to show up at the ticket window with a Coca Cola can with the buy one get one free coupon on it. You must have a can with the coupon on it. The Coca Cola promotion is redeemable any day of the week including weekends. You have to pay full price for the original ticket and then the second admission is free. Again, there is no way to take advantage of the promotion online. Online tickets are already significantly discounted. If you show up with Coca Cola cans and online tickets in hand, they will laugh in your face, because it’s only redeemable at the ticket booths.

So Which Six Flags Discount is best?

Is it better to buy tickets on line at a discount or use the coke can buy one get one free "BOGO" offer. Well lets look at the math.

Standard ticket = $$59.99
Two tickets = $119.98

Online ticket = $34.99
Two Tickets = $69.98

BOGO two tickets $54.99

Ant the winner is..... Coke BOGO

The only catch is that the six flags coke can offer is only accepted on weekdays Monday-Thursday
